PharmaRosso hat seine Partnerschaft mit der Jec’sco Group, einem der gr\u00f6\u00dften Unternehmen S\u00fcdkoreas mit einem Jahresumsatz von 7 Millionen US-Dollar im vergangenen Jahr, nach dem Beginn ihrer Zusammenarbeit auf der Seoul-Messe im Januar dieses Jahres zu einer strategischen Partnerschaft ausgeweitet. Neben dem strategischen Partnerschafts- und Kooperationsabkommen zwischen den beiden Unternehmen wurden auch Vereinbarungen \u00fcber die gemeinsame Produktion von Rohstoffen unterzeichnet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Der Vorstandsvorsitzende von PharmaRosso, Erdo\u011fan Tuzcu, erkl\u00e4rte, dass man mit diesen Partnerschaften eine f\u00fchrende Rolle im Kosmetik- und K\u00f6rperpflegesektor einnehmen wolle, und k\u00fcndigte eine neue Investition mit der Jec’sco Group an, die zur Exportentwicklung in der T\u00fcrkei beitragen soll.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tuzcu \u00e4u\u00dferte sich bei der Unterzeichnungszeremonie, an der er gemeinsam mit U-Chan Kim, dem Vorstandsvorsitzenden und CEO der Jec’sco Group, teilnahm, wie folgt:<\/strong>
\u201eDie Jec’sco Group ist eine der etabliertesten und angesehensten Unternehmensgruppen S\u00fcdkoreas. Sie ist ein globaler Riese, der in den Bereichen Kosmetik und K\u00f6rperpflege t\u00e4tig ist. Unsere strategische Partnerschaft ist das Ergebnis unserer Bem\u00fchungen, langfristiges ausl\u00e4ndisches Kapital in unser Land zu bringen und Schritte mit hoher Wertsch\u00f6pfung zu unternehmen. Wir planen mit der Jec’sco Group eine Investition zur Herstellung kosmetischer Rohstoffe, die f\u00fcr die T\u00fcrkei einen wichtigen Importfaktor darstellen. Diese Produktion wird sowohl zur Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette beitragen als auch helfen, das Leistungsbilanzdefizit zu verringern. Produziert werden Rohstoffe, die in der Kosmetik-, Pharma- und K\u00f6rperpflegeindustrie verwendet werden. Ich bin \u00fcberzeugt, dass diese Investition f\u00fcr unser Land von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung sein wird. Weitere Details zu dieser umfangreichen Investition werden wir in naher Zukunft bekannt geben.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n

Der gemeinsam geplante Risikokapitalfonds, in den beide Gruppen in der ersten Phase jeweils eine Million US-Dollar einbringen wollen, soll durch zus\u00e4tzliche Investoren aus dem In- und Ausland auf ein Volumen von 10 Millionen US-Dollar anwachsen.<\/strong>
Tuzcu sagte au\u00dferdem in Bezug auf die Rohstoffproduktionsabkommen:<\/strong>
